RinkfolioTerms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Iris Yuan ("we", "us"), the maker of Rinkfolio. By creating an account or using Rinkfolio, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Who can use Rinkfolio
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for your account and for what happens on it, so keep your phone number secure.
No tolerance for abuse
Rinkfolio has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Usernames, names, bios and notes are checked against a list of words that aren't allowed before they're saved. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove the accounts of people who post it.
What you can't post or do
- Harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone.
- Post hate speech or content attacking people for who they are.
- Post sexual, violent, or graphic content, or anything sexualizing minors.
- Post other people's private information, or photos of people who don't want to be shared.
- Impersonate someone, or create fake or spam accounts.
- Post anything illegal, or that you don't have the right to share.
- Try to break, overload, scrape, or get around the security of the app.
Reporting and blocking
You can report or block a skater from their profile, and report a single note or photo from its ••• menu. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Your content
You own the photos, notes and other content you post. By posting content that others can see, you give us permission to store and show it in Rinkfolio so the app works. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account. We may remove any content, or suspend or remove any account, that breaks these terms.
Rink information
Rink locations and details come from OpenStreetMap, Overture Maps and other skaters, and may be out of date or wrong. Always check with the rink before you go. Rink data © OpenStreetMap contributors and Overture Maps Foundation.
Skating safely
Skating carries risk of injury. Rinkfolio only shares information about rinks, and isn't responsible for conditions at any rink, including outdoor and wild ice. Check that ice is safe before stepping on it.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile › Settings › Delete account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
No warranty
Rinkfolio is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or from content posted by others.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Rinkfolio or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use of the app must also follow the App Store's terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top and let you know in the app about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
